It’s my first time buying at Bradlows Durban west street but the service I got after they delivered my furniture its unacceptable I reported that my Restonic queen Bed gives me a hard time it’s making noise and when I’m turning they say I must take a video and pictures and I did that they only changed the base again it’s make the same thing they said again I must take videos and pictures I did that they approved to give me another bed but till today I’m still waiting and I even paid R500 last month upfront because I changed to seally brand till today nothing happened I’m still sleeping on this bed and it’s uncomfortable when I phone the head office they say they still busy with my complain till today no feedback and the sales lady who was assisting me by the time I opened an account her name is Jabu she was nice at first but now she doesn’t want to assist if I’m asking she said I must contact head office.
I did an application online and it was pre approved and I choose to use Pinetown branch and when I get there I complete the application and I was looking for a four plate stove and they require a deposit I than request to pay the deposit on my pay day and they agree so yesterday night I saw 2 missed calls and today I went straight to them to pay the required deposit and they told me that since I didn’t pick up the call yesterday they cancelled my deal and if I requested my documents back they told me that they misplaced it I must come back anytime from tomorrow and I told them I need to my payslip they told when they get time they will look for it yet they didn’t help me now I want to do an application to other furniture shop now I’m stuck coz they refuse with my documents.
Kindly assist me I bought a queen size bed Restonic at Durban west street Bradlows and after a month it’s makes noise when you are sleeping and the mattress goes down when you sleeping it’s like you are entering in the hole and I lodge a complain they I must took a pictures and videos of mattress and base I did that and they say they gonna change only base yet the mattress still giving me hard time I need to put pillow for to sleep well and today they deliver the new base and only to find that one of the legs is broken so I won’t be able to sleep on it because the it’s got 3 legs I’m so ****ed because they giving me attitude yet every month they debit.
I took a loan of R2000 last year June 2022 and I came across with financial problems and I informed them that I have a crises and the guy said I must pay half half and I did pay R1000 and send them a proof of payment so now I was checking my payslip and notice that they put Garnish on my name for R500 a month and the balance they say now it's R3 698.38 and I'm confuse now coz I did made a payment of R1000 and my balance was R1000 off which was going to pay it today since I do have enough money . Kindly assist me in removing this garnish on my name coz they didn't inform me and check how my sutiation now.
Good day,I would like to address my issue with you. 2017/2018 my Dad was on my medical aid and he went to a procedure than they phoned me telling me that there is R2500 amount balance and they phoned my Dad because he is the one was using medical aid and he promised to pay as told me now when Im trying to get a home loan I've been declined due to a Judgment if I enquire about it it shows that it's for Drs Beck Danchin & Partners if i phoned them and questioned them how com you put a Judgment on my name without informing me they say they sent the summonies and i asked them who signed those summonies because i did get anything from you guys and the lady says it was signed by Samke Khoza i told them i dont know anyone by the name of Samke Khoza they say it's my cousin and to be honest i dont have any relatives by name of Samke Khoza on my mothers side and my fathers side so now im stuck with this Judment which they didnt inform me about it. All im asking is that they must remove the judgment on my name so that i will be able to make arrangements with them beacuse its affects my credit report as im in a need to buy a shelter for my kids ASAP. After i wrote to Helo Peter about my complain @ American Swiss Durban Pavillion they called me and apologise and there was nothing to pay for my damaged wedding ring and they told me to come every 6 months for cleaning for free. Thank you so much
Good Day I am highly disappointed and upset with American Swiss. We laybye a Gold wedding ring from them in Westville Pavillion Mall ( Durban) in 2020. by the time we want to collect the rinng they told us i must choose another ring since the ring is out of South Africa and we asked them why they did not informed us they say they tried to phone my husband and the phone was off and they say there is no other option and we figth coz i dont want any ring i wanted the one i saw and laybye it they call the store manager and she says to us they gona do a custom made then we agreed on that. On March 2022 we collected the ring and in less than a 6 months old 2 stones fell off the ring. on October 2022 we went back to store and showed them they asked when we collected the ring we told them on March 2022 and they count the months and says we must bring the ring with the certificate that they gave us they gonna checked whether it our faulty or factory fault, afer a week my husband took the ring back and they say they gonna contact us, On thursday 03 Nov 2022 my husband phoned them since no one has phoned they say the manager she is not in and she will be back on Friday they gonna pass the massage. On friday my husband phoned again and the manager says she wil phone him back and she didnt ,on Monday the 08th Nov 2022 we phoned again no answer that on Tuesday the 09th Nov 2022 my husband decided to go straight to the store only to find out that thay say the ring will cost R850 to repair it if he asked them whos faulty is it they say the ring is out of guarantee yet they count the months and says we must bring the ring with the certificate. however they have some great looking rings and now I realize that comes with poor Quality. I was so upset and refused to accept that but was told that there is nothing they can do. I actually cried as now my money is gone down the drain my ring that is sentimental to me is not even a year old and looks so terrible and now i must still pay R850 to fix my ring. A good quality wedding ring should last you a life time. This called being robbed! i do not have R850 laying around to fix the ring. My heart breaks as this is what we get as customers now days our money means no value to others. Please help this is so unfair and wrong on many levels and I want my ring to be repaid ASAP
