I joined Debt Clear to help me with loan and visa repayments in Nov 2023. All was going ok, now for the last few months, the bank has been taking automatic repayments straight from my account again, clearing my account at the end of the month and leaving nothing for my few direct debits or for my payment to Debt Clear itself. All emails have been completely ignored. I tried calling Debt Clear, the line was SO noisy, I wasn't sure she could even hear me. Then without another word I was put through to the rating section, which obviously received a 1. I have sent a request to cancel my agreement and any experience with Debt Clear. Very disappointed.

When entering the store to buy some food, my Woolworths card didn't work, even with R44 credit on it. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. However I was told by accounts, that my card had been suspended as I hadn't shopped there for the last 8 months. And that the R44 would have to go towards service fees to cancel that card and I need to reapply for a new card. Really?!
Efficient, friendly service. With excellent communicative skills and clear explanations. Rather than cancelling my policy, agreed to give me some time to come right and then continue. A lovely personalized and friendly service. Thank you.
