I am so so disappointed I payed for two nyts the 8th and the 9th of November 2022 but I type this while I am at my place cause I only slept one NYT which is the 8th.I have never experienced such a bad service,had to call the reception more than 4 times for my room to be cleaned and it didn't happen.The time I called to do follow up I was given excuses that didn't make sense until I asked the lady to stop the house keeper coming to clean,.that didn't bother her and saying it's okay u can cancel.I forfitted my fully payed NYT.not happy about the services
