I was subcontracted to ferry ppl from Clearwater Mall to Sunbet Arena for the Backstreet Boys Concert. I did 4 trips in total 2on Friday & the other 2 on the following day Saturday even had an overload. I gave them a discount for the 2days l was contracted & Tinashe the coordinator paid me for only two trips (Friday 29 May). After that it's been a story after another eventually Tinashe started avoiding my calls & whatsApp. To customers who wants to book them be careful & to subcontractors don't do work if there's no money upfront. These are fly by nighters

Long story short called the shop spoke to Desmond ordered tyres 196/75/16 for a VW Crafter was told they dont keep them but can arrange from supplier i agreed to that later Desmond called i went in they fitted my spare wheel as i only wanted a spare but ended up buying 2 tyres coz of the price he gave me. unfortunatelyi did not dbl check to make sure they were the correct & right size didnt even check the invoice i threw it away. 2weeks later Im driving to Pietermaritzburg I get a flat tyre change it only to realise the tyre is small 195/65/16 immediately called spoke to Desmond & he assured me not to worry theyill sort it out on my return. it was friday 04/11/2022 then on 07/11/2022 i went to exchange the tyres & that when my nightmare started. Desmond told me he wanted to retrieve our telecom recording of the day I ordered the tyres 35min later he comes with excuses & he started giving me attitude running his mouth without listening to me. Wiked out the shop screaming & yelling asked the technicians to remove the tyre on the vehicle & took the other that was spare arrogantly yelling hell refund the R2600 coz I think Im a customer & think Im always right i begged him to replace the tyres not refund me but the guy is so full of himself he even threatened to hit me with a wheel spanner. 4days later his manager Louis calls with an attitude doesn't want to listen to me as he already took Desmond side offers me a refund on one tyre & i must pay 1250K more for the other tyre that I used on my way to Maritzburg. I refused the offer & currently taking the legal route to recover my money. My advise to other customers dont deal with these ppl they are skelems be very careful & dbl check everything before leaving
