I purchased a block of d'lite margarine and when I opened the wrapper to use it there was a strand of hair on the top.i was really disgusted .I contacted the company to complain about it.i was asked to email the pics n my receipt to them.the lady asked which brand of margarines I used n she asked about the varies ones they manufacture.she said that she will send someone to.collect it.
Customer service is PATHETIC. Even if u logged a complaint with Sharon Du Preez customer service specialist .lol they just waste ur time.tjey deduct extra premiums from. Ur bank account and wen I query they cannot refund it.but wen I paid R10 less the wer too quick to cancel my policy. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ROUGES
