WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED- STAY AWAY!
Absolute ********** service and false advertising. They advertise on their website 'shipping same day' - it's been 11 days and waiting They tell you they take 1-3 days to fulfill your order - it's been 11 days and waiting All the items I ordered said IN STOCK- now a week later they tell me there's some items not in stock and they do not cancel items after it's been ordered! OnAir TV- LIES AND STEALS YOUR MONEY- STAY AWAY!!
This is the worst company ever! They lie and steal you money! They phoned my mom about some decoder deal, and she clearly asked them to send her the contract to view what is included in the package before she commits to anything. They did not do it, they sent her a decoder that she did not ask for, they have been taking money from her account for 4 months that she did not give permission to, she has been trying to cancel this for months(even though she did not agree to or sign any contract), they make up excuses like they decoder needs to be collected from her in order to stop the payment but conveniently no one ever collects the decoder(in unopened box), they keep on lying and making stories up as to why it is not being collected and at the same time keep on stealing her money.. If I could give 0 rating I would- STAY AWAY ALL, THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD!!! https://onairtv.co.za/
