Bus drove after brake default was diagnosed.
Poor service! Bus broke down at Van Reenen - brakes malfunctioned. Bus driver continued the journey to Ultra City with same bus. My mom 76 is on the bus. No communication was given to passengers and no alternative was offered. Was supposed to be on the 10h00 route from Vereeniging and supposed to arrive at 17h00 in PMB. A family member collected my mom at the Ultra Coty as her journey would only continue once a replacement bus was sent from Durban to the Ultra City. People will only arrive in 4 ours time. I am upset because lives were jeopardised of passengers! I still have received no call back from an agent regarding the safety of any passengers. We have arranged for my elderly mom to be collected at own cost and insist on a refund from Inter Cape Bus Services. Staff are not organised/not punctual do not know how to prioritise passengers. Elderly/disabled/parents with kids first and then the rest of the passengers to follow! Poor service ever - don’t entrust you loved ones and make use of InterVape bus services ever! I am still waiting for a call regarding the refund of the ticket! Also an apology for the poor lack in judgement made by who ever in the company.

RAF staff incompetence
I have a High Court Order against RAF that very clearly stated that all future medical expenses related to mva would be paid by RAF. I am now told by manager, Lydia that RAF do not always pay in accordance with the undertaking provided. How is this possible that even RAF can ignore a high court judgement against them? I am out of pocket for a lot of payments made to providers and am sick and tired of trying to phone or e-mail the complaint box as it remains unattended and claims just keep on going missing.

Mega Warehouse
Purchased products from them to value over R3000. No product and it is 3 weeks later. Delivery takes 5-7 days. I am now told by the owner that business is in the process of applying for liquidation. How unfair is this? Still taking money and not delivering on the goods.
