I was on the verge of cancelling Auto&General insurance policy, but thanks to Lungile who gave me a comparative quote and guided me properly through the process, I am now an Auto & General client again.

Excellent Service from Nolwazi Kelly
Kelly was exceptional in her customer service, in the way she attended to my queries. She inherited a highly frustrating situation, but she kept her calm demeanor and calmly pointed me in the right direction. Every time she followed up and checked on me to ensure that my needs were met. By the time the enquiry was done I was totally calm and felt confident that my needs were important to the company. I can assure you she is an asset to your company and I hope you realise that.
