Disappointing and Frustrating
I am left disappointed and frustrated with Pandora South Africa. Firstly, there are no gift vouchers available for purchase via your online store, you even go so far as to document that in the FAQ. Why in the modern age would you choose not to have this simple and convenient option for your market when your international site/s have it? Secondly, having no other option but to go to a store to purchase a physical gift card I traveled from the south of Johannesburg to the Clearwater Mall store. The store was busy with customers and waited in line to be served. I requested to purchase a gift card which the one staff member began to process. He vocalised the relief that the one device available to perform gift card loading was on and appeared to be working. I was then passed on to another member to complete the transaction at which point the device stopped responding and switched off. He attempted to restart it and was unable to do so. At this point he asked me to wait 30minutes in hopes the machine would reset. I expressed my frustrations and walked out of your store. I would like to know how many potential customers have requested gift cards and been unable to purchase them because of a technical fault that your staff don't seem to think should be resolved (having known this device was not working the whole day yesterday and not escalating the matter to management). There used to be numerous outlets to purchase your products but those have dwindled to the point where only a few are available, leading to customers having to travel further distances and have poor in store experiences as I have. I will no longer be purchasing from Pandora but make use of the other providers in the market who have the best interests of the customer in mind.

Piza-e-Vino Melville is a romantic gem!
Piza-e-Vino Melville is a gem of a restaurant. We went there for a Valentine's dinner in 2022 and had an amazing experience. The service was superb, the setting is beautiful and the food (and wine) is delicious. One year later to the day and we are going back for our Valentine's anniversary dinner <3
