Don't order from Purely Mzansi
I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from Purely Mzansi. Order placed, money taken, but no contact since then. Another bogus company *****ing our money!

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT!
I honestly expected exceptional service from Discovery Insure. I should have read the reviews on this site before choosing car insurance. The sales service is excellent, but anything further than that and you'll wish you never chose Discovery Insure! I'm too angry right now to list all of the things that have gone wrong, but the worst of it all is that there is ZERO communication, you are not told anything about where you are in the process, what will happen next, when your car will be towed away, when your car will be assessed, even WHERE YOUR CAR is! I have spent hours holding for someone to please let me know what is happening with my claim. I've left so many messages, and still waiting for a call, email, SMS, anything! The Assessment Centre communicates more than Discovery does - in fact they just called to let me know that the car was towed there on 10th June, and they are still waiting for an Assessor to be appointed! Today is 19 June! NINE whole days, the car just sitting there, no progress!
