SOLUTION EXPERTS FAILE ME DISMALLY. THEY LIED AND DONT EVEN ANSWER TO MY EMAILS NOR TAKE MY CALLS. THEY ARE LIARS
I'm left with 1 account and they promised me that they will reduce the monthly payment. On the 15 December they took the same amount I have been paying with all the other debts even though i am only left with 1 loan to pay. They lied. They are now not answering calls...till I changed to Private, they answered..'transferred' my call to Nashrikah and it has been ringing without answering. I just want out from them..and finish my only loan on my own. I already talk to the bank and they will assist me and its doable with the bank. Solution Experts are not honest to their clients at all. On the 15 December after realsing what they did..I tried to contact Nashrikah..and she told me that they will return the money..and I will pay their insurance..she asked me to email her my bank statement and ID copy...I did all of that..and till to-datel nothing from Solution Experts! I just want out...

GUARDRISK INSURANCE ILLEGALLY DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY PERSAL
2018-2022 this bogus insurance has been deducting R59 on persal. I have never signed for this. I want my money back. It's against the law to do such. I don't even have any paperwork that proves of me signing for this insurance that I don't even know! They must pay back my money in full.

2018-2022 DEDUCTION WITH MY PERMISSION. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I have never signed for any Guardrisk Insurance in my life..and I've queried about it with my HR..and still it continues. Since 2018 till to-date. I never gave them any permission to do so. I don't even know that insurance.
