I was under debt review in 2021 paid all my accounts by 2022 received a clearance letter from Solutions experts,but still under debt review I can't buy a car because they say I have a red flag but all my accounts were paid in full,all this year's I can't get hold of them to fix this

I was under debt review in 2021 paid all my accounts by 2022 received a clearance letter from Solutions experts,but still under debt review I can't buy a car because they say I have a red flag but all my accounts were paid in full,all this year's I can't get hold of them to fix this

Under debt review without my concern
This Solution Expert ( Abdul khalik Carrim) put me under debt review since from 2023 without my concern and when l contacted them they demanded 8k to remove me from debt review they actually signed me up without my concern, this is horrible

Under debt review without my concern
This Solution Expert ( Abdul khalik Carrim) put me under debt review since from 2023 without my concern and when l contacted them they demanded 8k to remove me from debt review they actually signed me up without my concern, this is horrible

Communication barrier
I contacted them to place myself under debt review in 2017 the contract stated i can , and i was also informed i could cancel this within 5 ,working days after applying which i did 2 days after applying as i was laid of work and knew i would not be able to afford it. i was then placed under debt review on the 04/30/2019 by Abdul Carrim Khalik 0210012680. Over the years i have tried numerous times to get in touch with him to no avail i have phoned i have emailed nothing up until to date. I am now having to pay a lot of money to remove the flag from my credit report.

I lodge complaint with NCR for NCRDC2632 for playing hide and seek on calls after I had paid all debt in full per court order. They kept telling me they were waiting for new printer for two weeks. I had to take action on move on to debt counsellor would provide me with the required services. Background always sounds like a call center and with different people picking up the phone. Solution expects please get your act together and actually treat your clients or customers with respect and good service

Bad service
I've been waiting for my clearance letter for past 2yrs, they kept on promising me that they will resolve my issue until now, I regret being under this company. I won't advise anything to join this company.

Bad service
I've been waiting for my clearance letter for past 2yrs, they kept on promising me that they will resolve my issue until now, I regret being under this company. I won't advise anything to join this company.

In 2018 I received a call from solution experts regarding debt review. We spoke and discussed my situation at the time I was helped by a person called Nathan. I was sent a statement of my accounts and a debt counsellor was supposed to have a meeting with me and discuss everything that did not happen, I submitted everything they requested including my bank statement that was June 2018. In July 2018 they debited my account which I reversed and I called them and asked them not to debit my account as I am still waiting for a one on one meeting with the debt counsellor as it is required, they told me I have agreed to everything is final. I subsequently asked Nathan to cancel everything because I did not agree to that and they were quiet. Fast forward 2022 a potential employer did a credit check on me and they told me I have a debt review listing by solution experts and I was ****ed. I called them with no luck and I send an email to Nathan eventually a person called Grezelle responded. I was then told I must pay legal fees for them to remove me, my question was why must I pay for something that never existed I asked for things to be cancelled before they even began as proper procedure was not followed. I was told I must pay R2 678. The worst part I have reported this to NCR and they told me only solution experts can remove me from the credit bureaus. So my question is what is the point of NCR if they don't assist us as consumers when we being *****ed by these so called debts counsellors. I want them to remove me without paying I refuse to pay for something I should not. Now I can not be employed because of this thing.

They just keep playing games and don’t want to cancel and clear my name.

They claimed they did my portfolio and I must pay to cancel it and when i asked them to send me the bill they never did. They debited my account and never make payments to the lenders. They just keep playing games and don’t want to cancel and clear my name.

SOLUTION EXPERTS FAILE ME DISMALLY. THEY LIED AND DONT EVEN ANSWER TO MY EMAILS NOR TAKE MY CALLS. THEY ARE LIARS
I'm left with 1 account and they promised me that they will reduce the monthly payment. On the 15 December they took the same amount I have been paying with all the other debts even though i am only left with 1 loan to pay. They lied. They are now not answering calls...till I changed to Private, they answered..'transferred' my call to Nashrikah and it has been ringing without answering. I just want out from them..and finish my only loan on my own. I already talk to the bank and they will assist me and its doable with the bank. Solution Experts are not honest to their clients at all. On the 15 December after realsing what they did..I tried to contact Nashrikah..and she told me that they will return the money..and I will pay their insurance..she asked me to email her my bank statement and ID copy...I did all of that..and till to-datel nothing from Solution Experts! I just want out...
