I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance
I've recently accounted a problem with take a lot,I asked my daughter to pay me cartridge on take a lot, there were R610 both black and color number 652,I live in mabopane unit B,during that time we went and visited families in Limpopo,it was December time,we bought them on 10 December they can on 12 December,we used a different address because we knew we won't be available to receive them which is mabopane block R,take a lot gave us number 123 cartridge which is not what we ordered,I recently opened them and found that they are incorrect, called them the tell me I need to send them proof that I was not home and in holidays,how I'm I suppose to prove that I was in Limpopo during that time,and I've said I don't want money just the right product,even on the plastic bag that they've put my product it says number 652 but inside the box is number 123, please help because I think I'm gonna lose my money here
I was under debt review in 2021 paid all my accounts by 2022 received a clearance letter from Solutions experts,but still under debt review I can't buy a car because they say I have a red flag but all my accounts were paid in full,all this year's I can't get hold of them to fix this
Good day I have a problem with gallitos in mabopane block x, I have been coming here for two years now and complaining about the scale of there chips,and prices I like it a lot and the service is good but every time I come to buy I count there chips if ititos 's not 7 it's 8 not more that,I like to buy it for my whole family because they also love but now today again I came same thing 7 chips,I rather stick with kfc this is my last time here
I have a funeral policy with Capitec bank,my deduction goes off on the 6 of every month,last month April they didn't deduct on the 6,I used my App to pay, following day the 7 they deducted my money again, called them on the same day the gave me a reference number 131913012,the person told me I will receive the money in 7 or 14 working days, after maybe 15 days called again they told me the matter is under investigation,fine waited a few days nothing happened, called again they told me the person who helped me took it to the wrong department,the are taking it to the write department and the will call without 24 hours with feedback nothing,and gave me the same reference number 131913012 nothing, again I called today,now they are telling me it's still hanging they gonna send an email of emergency to management and then they will call me on Monday,I don't believe that they will call me because they never have,they don't give feedback,I don't understand what the problem is because it's a simple matter,money was paid by App,money was deducted and it shows on there system so what is it that is so difficult to resolve for them to even say it's under investigation
My husband has been with budget insurance for over a year and half this year March 30 he had an accident we called budget everything was fine until they took the car on the 8 of April they even recommended a courtesy car because my husband has to go back to work,the took the car to a company called Renew it greenstone and told us we will be assigned a person who will tell us how far along the car will be there, and update us time and again,that never happened,the even told us that the courtesy car with be for 30 day but if the car is not ready by then, they will extend until the day the car is ready, never happened again,now it's past the 30 days of the courtesy car it has to go back they are telling us there's nothing they can do we have to return the car,and our car they've ordered parts but the will only come on the 22 because it's import,they never even told us this information we have to call ourselves to know this,we have been calling budget the whole of last and this week reminding them that the car must be returned on the 8 of May, there respond there's nothing we can do,now the car is gone,our car is not back we have no means of transport to go to work,I thought budget was the best insurance but I guess I was wrong I'm so frustrated with them,the thing is they don't even call you to explain, they tell us will get back to you before and of the day,for a week they've been saying that until they tell us to return the courtesy car today,we are just waiting for the car to come back after I don't think I want anything to do with budget insurance I'm done hopefully our car will be back fixed

He explained the rain one deal perfectly to me and I understood and took the deal
