I lodge complaint with NCR for NCRDC2632 for playing hide and seek on calls after I had paid all debt in full per court order.
They kept telling me they were waiting for new printer for two weeks. I had to take action on move on to debt counsellor would provide me with the required services.
Background always sounds like a call center and with different people picking up the phone. Solution expects please get your act together and actually treat your clients or customers with respect and good service
