Nimble group bought my debt from Telematics a vehicle tracking company, the debt they bought was already written off by Telematics. I have been waiting for more than a month now waiting for this prescription letter and no one seems to be able to help me and that is very frustrating. My name is Mbulelo Mpongoshe with ID number 7907295545080 my number is 0664432176. I would love for them to resolve this for heaven's sake this debt is more than 4 years old. I'm very angry by the way the lady called Liona from Telematics is rude very rude she dropped with the phone telling me I'm no longer their client they sold my debt to Nimble group.
I have been calling MBD for a prescription letter for an Old mutual account which is 10 years old. The customer service agents have been promising to send the letter to my email mmjames47@gmail.com for more than a week now. Today they are telling me they not issuing prescription letters I must chat with them on WhatsApp on this number 0600931790, this is where my frustration has escalated because here no is helping at all, the only thing they good at is to say your query is linked to Brenda or Silvia after that your query is escalated to someone else who never responds. In 2018 I received a call from solution experts regarding debt review. We spoke and discussed my situation at the time I was helped by a person called Nathan. I was sent a statement of my accounts and a debt counsellor was supposed to have a meeting with me and discuss everything that did not happen, I submitted everything they requested including my bank statement that was June 2018. In July 2018 they debited my account which I reversed and I called them and asked them not to debit my account as I am still waiting for a one on one meeting with the debt counsellor as it is required, they told me I have agreed to everything is final. I subsequently asked Nathan to cancel everything because I did not agree to that and they were quiet. Fast forward 2022 a potential employer did a credit check on me and they told me I have a debt review listing by solution experts and I was ****ed. I called them with no luck and I send an email to Nathan eventually a person called Grezelle responded. I was then told I must pay legal fees for them to remove me, my question was why must I pay for something that never existed I asked for things to be cancelled before they even began as proper procedure was not followed. I was told I must pay R2 678. The worst part I have reported this to NCR and they told me only solution experts can remove me from the credit bureaus. So my question is what is the point of NCR if they don't assist us as consumers when we being *****ed by these so called debts counsellors. I want them to remove me without paying I refuse to pay for something I should not. Now I can not be employed because of this thing.

i have a cheque account with is dormant with standard bank the last time i used the account was 2019 october, last week i managed to rember my internet banking logins to my surprise the account is being charged monthly fees and now has 20550 negative balance when i asked them why am i being charged they say i never closed the account yet according to them the account is dormant i will never be able to pay that amount i am not working have not been working since 2018 December moreover i have an investment that was supposed to be paid into that account and now i can not the account is dormant and on a nrgative balance all i want is that account to be closed and i can not be liable for that amount as i am not working
