Poor follow up service
Bought a inverter from them 6 months ago and it worked like a dream (gave them 5 stars) ..l could connect my monitor and PS5 and play through loadshedding with no issues..fast forward 4 months the inverter barely lasts a hour on the same load..(25%) tried to reach out last month since it’s under warranty and l was told there are no replacement batteries in the country ..tried again today and got no response 😑😑….if you buying just know it’s meant for short term use by the looks of it after month 4/5 you will only use it to power the router

The power guys are truly amazing
I genuinely think they if they handled Eskoms matters we wouldn’t have Loadshedding..they are unbelievably fast ..placed a order for a inverter around 11 am and by 14:45 it was delivered…keep up the awesome work guys…l would give 10 stars if l could ..
