I recently purchased my first device from Revibe and I am impressed with the quality of device and the delivery time.
I had the most horrible snoek and calamari from this restaurant yesterday. The order was placed via UberEats. The Calamari was like rubber, did not look like what was displayed on the menu. The fish has no taste at all. It's my first-time ordering and definitely my last.
I am very disappointed with the service that I received. I lodge a claim for my microwave valued now at R4000 on 13/11/2022. I was advised that I should pay an access fee of R3750.00. Pathetic! Sent an email to follow up with Anja and called again, First I was advised that my claim was approved for a 20litre Microwave and seconds later "Ek is jammer ek het verkeerd gelees" only to be advised that she is busy make contact. I logged into the portal only to see that my claim has been rejected. I am not sure if I want to continue with this company.
