In this day and age , it is so easy to write a terrible review on poor service or products , so it gives me great pleasure to pen these few words on excellent service received. I have a Rip Curl Drift series watch, it’s old BUT LOVED. I had issues with my light and sent the Service Centre an email, late afternoon. I received a call early the next morning asking me to explain my problem, which I did. Jason Jacobs was friendly, professional and thorough from the start , until my watch was handed back to me , in perfect working order. I received updates on progress throughout the process. Well done Jason, you are flying the flag high for an international brand. Special mention must be made of security downstairs who welcomed me and kept an eye on my transport, the receptionist who greeted me politely and got the ball rolling , and last , but not least , Darian Govender who expertly repaired my watch. A big shout out to all of you. You guys rock and have confirmed my belief in the best surf products available. Go Rip Curl!!!
Good morning all, In days where service is lacking and unfortunately often seen in government departments, it gives me great pleasure to pen this compliment. I had to replace a stolen ID document rather urgently, a temporary ID was needed rather urgently. I went to one of the branches of Home Affairs in Gauteng- I shan’t give the branch details otherwise the whole country will be on their doorstep 😂. Rindani, you and your team know who you are ! Well done guys and girls. Phenomenal service! Met at the door by the Branch Manager. In and out in 1 hour 20 minutes. Flipping excellent service. You are a shining example of how it could and should be. You restored my hope in customer Service, seldom even seen in the corporate sector. Keep it up Rindani and your incredible team .
