I ordered items from Onedealaday and paid an amount of R2239. 85 for it on 19 December 2025. I did not receive an invoice or tracking number from them. I have been on WhatsApp messages with them and forwarded several emails to their admin department - without even bothering to return my emails. I then requested a full refund of the said amount, but weeks has gone by and they do not pay the money into my bank account. I received a phone call from Zachia who apologized on behalf of the company and assured me that she will refer the matter to the accounts department without delay. She even wanted to know if I preferred a Yoko payment or an EFT payment. I informed her that I would like an EFT payment into my bank account, which I provided. Today it is 1month and 5 days since I ordered the items, and my requests for the refund into my bank account are just ignored flat. I iniormed the said company (Onedealaday) that I was going to report the matter to Hello Peter, but they just said that they are sorry!! I am SO disappointed with the way Onedealaday is handling this matter that I did not even wanted to give them a one star rating. I am a pensioner and do NOT need to be treated this way.!!!!
Chantal Scholtz of Debtline assisted me with my financial query, when I thought I was talking, whilst nobody paid attention to the urgency of my request. DC Partners now have to act on the request given to them by Chantal Scholtz, in order for me to pay my outstanding debts. Once again, a big thanks to Chantal Scholtz!!
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WAY DEBTLINE AND DC PARTNERS handle the distribution of my monthly payments. I wrote SEVERAL emails to CHANTAL SCHOLTZ and spoke to her a few times I also spoke to THABO MGWAZA AND ERIN AFRICA iro my total dissatisfaction with the manner in which my accounts are handled. It is as I am talking to walls - nobody cares. - nobody listens. My finances are being mismanaged - resulting in me having a poor credit score.CAPE TOWN I am going to try to sum up my current situation: * ABSA CREDIT CARD NUMBER478769218704039 according to ABSA LEGAL DEPARTMENT, an amount of R3 543.44 is outstanding to settle this account. Although I requested them to pay the outstanding amount, they paid an amount of more than R5 200.00 - according to their records the outstanding amount is more than R16 000.00!!! Same story with my FNB CREDIT ACCOUNT - outstanding amount of R3 039.47.. I paid R1 039.47, requesting DEBTLINE to instruct R1 000.00, thereafter I will pay the remaining balance of R1000.00 at the end of January 2024. An amount of 5 600.00 is being deducted at the 28th of each month in order to pay off my accounts. DC PARTNERS only paid my account ( ABSA CREDIT CARD) this month with an amount of môre than R5200.00 , which is way more than the settlement amount. They did not pay the requested amount of R1 000.00 on my FNB CREDIT CARD and also skipped my other accounts. It has been 5 years now, but instead of my accounts decrease. it now increase on a monthly basis!!!! My FNB account 400008551 was outstanding with R4.25. DC PARTNERS paid R4.26 and ADDED ADMIN FEES to the amount of R57.50, which resulting the amount to be over 200.00. On this rate my accounts will NEVER be settled and closed. I am sò sorry to bother you with such a lengthy review, but I do not know what to do anymore. NOBODY LISTENS TO MY COMPLAINTS!!!! I tried to stop the monthly Debit Order, but I am not given permission to do that!! Due to the mismanagement of my funds, I sit with my hands in my hair.....NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO WITH THE CURRENT STATE OF AFFAIRS OR WHO TO TURN TO WITH MY DISSATISFACTION OF DEBTLINE AND DC PARTNERS. AT the beginning of this process, DEBTLINE assured me that my first payment of R5 600.00 will be taken for admin fees. Now DC Partners charges additional monthly ADMIN FEES AND INTEREST!!!!! At this rate my outstanding amounts will. NÈVER BE SETTLED. WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME HEREIN? Petronella Dorothea Krugel
I once again want to give ZULFA FEBRUARY a truck full of roses for what she meant to me as a pensioner - always full of unanswered questions. From the moment we greeted until she said goodbye with a solid promise to solve my problem and give me peace of mind. ZULFA FEBRUARY, in my humble opinion, should be appointed in a Human Resources Division, because with her knowledge, easy-going, yet professional, manner, she struck gold every time - putting a positive and uplifting vibe out to everybody she deals with!!
