I Hope this spreads far and wide and makes you the consumers aware of One Plan Health insurance! They are quick to tell you all the benefits and yes it sounds good that is why i joined them, but let me tell you something dont fall for it. Fine fair enough, they have terms and conditions, but who in today's fast paced life have time to read the fine print!!! I had to see a doctor immediately and couldnt find an appointment at anyone near where i work, so I had to phone around and at last i found a doctor. When I got to this doctor i had to pay cash as they didnt accept any cards. I withdrew funds from One plan card and paid the doctor. Just to find out i could have had a stroke, because my blood pressure was 201/125! Now Oneplan have a problem with my invoice and because i dont have a cash receipt! They are busy endangering my health again even though im on blood pressure medication as my blood is boiling now. What am i paying for if this is what is going to happen every time i need to see something as simple as a doctor!! No One plan im very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have another policy with you with my furbaby never once had a problem. but come on honestly now i need ICD code for what??? i was not admitted to hospital for freaks sakes! Never the less i already requested to cancel! As a matter of fact they dont disclaim over the phone exactly what you will need to do when claiming........ Never Again!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusted. Won a jackpot of 36k and because I used a promo I only get 4900 of what I won fair and square. Do not use this casino they are ****s and cheats

IM SO DISGUSTED IN YOUR SERVICE FNB. Yes i do have an account that went to your legal department/lawyers, but yet on my credit report it says ive missed 17 installments which is not true, because there is a debit order for you on my bank account. And to top it all ive wanted to call in to up my payment arrangement. Ive spoken to eight different people and this one keep referring me to that department . Im currently trying to get hold of your revolving loan department, but to no avail no answer there. I am so disappointed in your customer service and i feel sorry for people who bank with you. regrettably i do not have any reference numbers
