I am extremely frustrated with The Courier Guy's handling of my recent delivery. I used their service to transport my TV from one house to another, trusting that they would handle it with care. However, upon arrival, my TV was damaged. When I reached out to them, they dismissed my claim, stating that because the box had additional tape, the TV is now considered "second-hand electronics" and is not covered under their terms and conditions. This is completely unfair! The fact remains that my TV was in their care, and it arrived damaged. If there was truly "no negligence or mishandling," as they claim, then why is my TV no longer in working condition? Instead of taking responsibility, they only offered to refund the insurance surcharge—completely unacceptable given the extent of the damage. I paid for a service that failed me, and I expect proper accountability, not empty apologies and excuses. The Courier Guy needs to take responsibility for their poor handling of my property and offer a fair resolution—whether that be a repair or a replacement. Their lack of accountability and dismissive response is incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service, as they clearly do not stand by their responsibility to transport items safely.
I’m disappointed with terrible service at Outsurance! We have home insurance with them and had an electrical explosion in our home due to load shedding. All electrical our appliances don’t work anymore from the gyser, fridge and electric fence. The process of claiming back the damaged items is absolutely ridiculous. We have been going back and forth with countless consultants and not getting any help. Instead they keep on telling us to re submit all evidence and written reports to different consultants. It has been 4 months now and no reimbur*****t what so ever! Imagine living in a house with no electrical appliances , no security, no hot water, food getting spoiled for 4 months!!!!! All because of this so called “trusted insurance company”. What’s the point actually? It’s honestly as good as not having insurance at all. I urge those who are planning on joining this insurance to stop, don’t waste your time money and effort it’s all pointless!
I made a booking for my birthday and everything was just horrible, from the unfriendly staff , tasteless food and flies everywhere. I’m really shocked honestly. Don’t bother going to this place all the negative reviews are true!
