I reached out to DRCC, and they were able to answer all the questions I had and guided me throughout the entire process till my debt review was cancelled, they are the best in the Market. Their consultants are experienced and have a great customer service and I’ll forever be grateful for their assistance; I will recommend it to anyone who needs help with their debt review status.
Had to call and send mails to samsung for 2 weeks before a service call was logged - an excruciating exercise as no one will return your calls or respond to my mails, no update as for the past month since the call was logged and technician inspected my fridge. even today I'm sitting with a faulty Samsung French Door fridge in my kitchen. I have send numerous mails and made several calls, the last I called Samsung I was told that my repair call have been closed as they are unable to get hold of me, even when I gave them 3 contact numbers including my work's direct line number. I've lost all my trust on this brand, no more.
