Unprofessional, gets package lost, not helpful, rude, disrespectful, not prompt. Poor management at Kimberley branch. They are not very confidential.

Siggarette manufacturing disaster
Hi, Currently we struggling with the siggarettes What's going on with the tabaco. The siggarettes are not filled and pressed during manufacturing process. The tabaco are not cleaned from the harmful chemicals (poisen) which the tabaco was treated with.

Friendly, clean, neat, very organized, very professional. Safety always first with Jay and his team. Jay and his team always walk the extra mile to get one's belongings to it's destination. Highly recommend.
