It’s been two months since I started the process of closing my FNB account. Still not finished. Useless service advisors, each with a different response. They F-ed it up so much that I now have a savings pocket with less than a rand in it, which can’t be closed now because the balance has to be zero. Also can’t be transferred out because it’s a non transactional able account. **** you out of hard earned money with sneaky tariffs. Worst bank
Only delivered half of my order. Getting no response from them after numerous emails. **** poor service delivery.
The Noola 360 car seat misses an integral safety feature. When I reached out to a consultant regarding a substitute part for the missing component, I got half an answer and no solution. Very disappointing since we’ve been raving about the brand and the supposed devotion to safety. Will not be recommending Noola at all.
They have a very basic business model of delivering packages and they can’t even do that. Personally confirmed three times that I’ll be receiving my parcel on the day of delivery. After four days of waiting for my parcel I’m still waiting. On the day of delivery their driver lied and said the road was closed (it’s the R27 can’t be closed). Finally managed to get a hold of the branch manager to avail.
None existing service. I personally confirmed three times through out the day of delivery that my parcel would be delivered. Nothing happened. The next day I followed up only to hear that delivery was rescheduled to two days later! The reason was that driver lied and said that the road was closed and so therefor he could’t deliver.
