Cloud-Cape town is a SCAM!!!

I purchased a pair of takkies advertised on their IG account and website. It was an expensive one. When I received it a month later from order, the quality was absolutely poor. It looked nothing like the images on their sites. I sent an email to return the product and was told they will not be able to take it back. I must ship it to china at my cost in order to get a refund. I emailed customer services several times asking to speak to a manager. The lady Hannah on couldn’t give me her managers details. This company is a scam. They charging exorbitant prices for poor quality takkies and leading people on!!! I am disgusted that a South African company from Cape Town will rob people in this manner. I regret not reading the reviews in hello Peter earlier before purchasing from this company
