Surprisingly good service and value!

Seeing a proliferation of online solar retailers in South Africa, and the often disappointing/dismal reviews by others when interacting with this emerging sector, I was extremely skeptical when I saw a product (Solarwise 24v lithium battery module) being offered by Caprica Solar that was over R3000 cheaper than many other competitors. However, I was floored when, after making a credit card payment, I received efficient and prompt communication that my order was being processed and would be ready for delivery soon. Three days later, the product arrived, all the while being kept up to date with the order process. I'm super impressed with the service and economy of the company, and hope that it continues so that others can benefit from it. Thank you!
