Goodday I logged a complaint on the 14 of January about a parcel that was send from China and it is stuck at Customs Namibia since November 2023. It is another 11 days and no resolve for the matter. Can one company Service get any worse than it already is. I do not know how Fedex can have any clients with the service rating, it is Absolutely un expectable the service we received. Not a single agent can give us an feedback. Just Really hope we will get our parcel.
I can not even give them one star, as they have the worst Service that I have ever come across. Parcel was send from China to my client in Namibia in November last year still this parcel is stuck at custom clearance, you can not get hold of anyone to help you. We have send numerous emails and I have contacted them everyday this last week and still no response. I can not see how they can have any clients with this poor service and this is not the first time this is happening to my company. I will not recommend them to anyone at all.
Terrible Service received. Dentist treated the complete wrong tooth leaving me in more pain. Only to go to another dentist to have a tooth pulled 2 from the one she fixed. When I went back to question her about it she just responded that she fixed a tooth that could have caused a problem in the future. Will not recommend her at all.
