Worst company ever to buy from, bad customer service had a complaint with JDG on the 21st Oct 2024 and it's not resolved til this day of 27th Dec 2024.. Full 3 months for a simple complaint

Bad Bad Customer service, once you buy they don't care about you anymore
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life with a furniture company, logged a complaint on the 21st Oct 2024 and it's still not resolved until today the 27th of Dec.. Complaint Ref: 9000383718

Poor customer service
Placed an order with sleepmaster and was promised the delivery will take place on the 30th of July but until now no delivery and no phone call to give me a reason for the delay.. It's my first time buying from them and probably my last.
