Kris and his team of installation guys are very professional - especially Sibusiso. Tihan and Lawrance are totally unresponsive once payment has been made. They have not delivered the CoC and continue to ignore my reporting of snags. I agree with the reviewer who wrote: “No communication, no feedback and an inability to honour commitments made.”
