10 Stars for Integrity and amazing service!!
I would rate 10 stars if I could ! These guys are professional and are the definition of integrity ! I overpaid them a massive amount of money and within minutes the owner contacted me himself to let me know they were going to transfer the funds back to me. The funds were back in my account whilst I was still on the phone chatting to Mike ! I cant say thank you enough as I have had such terrible experiences with other companies but you guys have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ! Thank you and Bless you !

SYNAPTIC COLLEGE - A JOKE OF A "SCHOOL" ! STAY AWAY !
Sad that people capitalize on parents wanting a good education for their children! They hardly do any teaching at Synaptic. Teachers are not qualified to teach! This place is run as a business so your child is not as important as their money. Owners have a toxic attitude when you bring anything to their attention. DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A SCHOOL !

Wow- What a fantastic company- I am blown away with the service received !
I made contact with Security and More over the weekend knowing that they were closed and only expecting an answer on Monday... The owner answered me on Whatsapp within a few minutes explaining that he was answering messages as they are in their busy season and working extra to make sure customers are attended to ! He helped me to choose the right battery for my setup answering all of my novice questions... I then placed my order but come Monday realized that I typed in my old home address (Old Age)...!! I called in and again got through to Mike, the owner ! He asked me to hold the line while he quickly instructed the dispatch to stop my order, took my address down and repeated it back to me to make sure it was correct and BOOM -Next day I had my R25000 battery! Wow ! Just Wow ! Guys I would rate you 10 Stars but there is only max 5. Keep up the great work and I praise you guys for the way your business is run ! Thank you so much Cornelius
