I am FURIOUS! I put in an order at 2am because I wasn't able to sleep. The app somehow chose a PNP that is over 20 minutes away from my house. The original time for delivery was between 7:30-8:00 which got pushed out and pushed out and pushed out. I called customer support who said they were having driver issues. I called again when I received a notification to say it was on its way, to be followed up 2 min later to say they attempted to contact me (which they hadn't) to say they can't deliver!! I called customer service again who said they can't get through to my address. The items are going BACK TO THE STORE and order being cancelled! ***!! I cannot even believe the incredible incompetence! I have literally been housebound all day waiting for my delivery. Thank goodness I didn't have any frozen items as they would have been completely thawed by the time they DIDN'T arrive!
A group of 8 of us (with 5 more on their way) we're looking for a spot for breakfast at 7:30 on Sunday morning in Ermalo. Our regular spot was closed so we headed to the mall. The Daily only opened at 08:30 but the manager, Iran, saw us and said, no problem, we'll make a plan for you. In 5 minutes he had a table for all 13 and his team looked after us! That's outstanding customer service!! Team was so accommodating (Vuyo was wonderful), the food was great and we were so grateful and thoroughly impressed! Thank you!!
It's end of year, and black Friday weekend. I have created a beautiful "thank you" photobook for our child's teacher from all the kids in the class and submitted to print with 24HourPhotobook. I had done the same last year and it was delivered in just over 24 hours. So amazing. I called them just to be sure mine was on track (submitted on Sunday, but needed for Wednesday). This year they had the wonderful problem of too many orders and what used to take 24 hours, might take up to 5 business days. When I explained what I was trying to achieve to Nick, the team looked into the possibility of it being ready on time. Initially, there was little hope it would be done before Friday, but they'd try. I just got a call at 7am today (Wed) to say it's ready to be picked up (school closes at 11)! I don't know what these guys did, but they went above and beyond, pulled a rabbit out of the hat for me, and ultimately for the class of children and their teacher. Nick & team - you are outstanding and have provided phenomenal customer experience. I am so grateful!
