Dubious, ill mannered, vulgar.

Pieter Redelinghuis is extrapolating as much money as possible from clients, and uses bad temper to get rid of unfinished business. Apart from his vulgar smoking habit, his verbal manners leave much desired. He does have manners, but they are all bad. Treat carefully here. He’s the type that wouldn’t return your bail receipt probably to pocket the money for himself. I’ve reported him to the Law Society of South Africa as I was smart enough to record and archive all my correspondence with him.
