Giving one star is too generous. After the job was done, I had a bad feeling about the repair of the car. I took it to another mechanic. Only to find out that Cape Town Fitment Center have lost the essential tool that gets the caps of the tires off. So, if I would have a puncher, I would have not been able to change any tire. I went back and they organized new caps for my car with VW with a very casual attitude. The next day I took the car to the new mechanics; they discovered that, this time CFC also never put the nobs on the stabilizers. Which it would have damaged the car if I would have continued driving it. I asked Ashley Page, the CFC owner, to give me an explanation for such a terrible service, he reacted in an extremely arrogant, dismissive and entitled way. I suggested he should apologize if he or his team make such a bad mistake, he refused. I requested a refund for bad service because I lost an entire day and petrol, two things nobody today, can have the luxury of wasting. He said he would refund me but up to today , he hasn't done it and I doubt that he ever will. If you care about your vehicle refrain from this business. Bad attitude and service, complete lack of pride in the way they work.
