SHOCKING Locksmiths!!!!

NO - I don't want to put ANY star ratings. Durban North Locksmiths must be the MOST unprofessional company in Durban. I called them out to redo about 5 locks in my home. They did a SHOCKING job so much so that when I pulled the doors to my cupboard it just fell open. Called them in within 36 hours (they could not forget that they had worked on it but they tried to get out of it by telling me they don't remember and had no record because I needed to keep the little dirty receipt they give me at the end of the **** job they did - would you keep it???). The locks break again - this time, they don't even lock. I go travelling and now need to call them back 1 week later. Now they say, I need to definitely give them the confirmation of work they did initially. I call to explain and ask for their support to please come and fix the locks so that they work. I have NEVER had such poor, service and workmanship along with the most arrogant receptionist I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Her rude, sarcastic, unhelpful and arrogant tone was enough for me to take time (I don't have) to tell the whole world about this company. DON'T USE THEM, if you want to have calm in your life!
