Kaleo gap cover
Please dont do business with these people, they are out to **** u out off your hard earned money. I have been with them since 20019 just for incase something bad happens and my medical aid cannot cover the cost. Last year September 2023 underwent a mri scan which the medical aid just pay over half. I paid the outstanding amount of R3470. Ever since i try to claim my money they just reply with “ we cannot finalise your claim due to outstanding documents “ . I send dossen of photos, slips, documents and phone them is even worse.

Kaleo gap cover
Kaleo gap cover is a ****. I been with them from 2019.. November 11/2023 this year i had to go for a mri scan and my medical only pay n bit more than half. I paid the outstanding amount which were just R3400. When you want to claim its a headache.i cannot complain about ther service because there is none. They don’t care about you and when you phone them u speak to a *********** person . When you email them your also dealing with a robot. I can’t wait not to pay them anymore 🙏🙏

Excellent service
Will recommend Kessel motors Gardens by far. Best service and value for money. They do what they have to do and i am satisfied with their job. Friendly people from reception to mechanics and definitely not there to rip u off. Thank you for the great service.
