I am not a customer that complains, however i feel the need to with the service i have received from BMW Club Motors Randburg. <br> <br> I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, so i am a loyal customer. <br> <br> The last two instances that I had with this dealership, i sent my vehicle in with petrol, both times i received my vehicle with 2km range left. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse i had a pair of sunglasses, and a usb plugged in. My car was returned without these items. In addition, one of the main reasos i sent my car in was to repair a noise that the car was making when accelerating. The technicians could not pick up a noise. I video recorded the issue and sent it via email. This email has not been responded to. <br> <br> I understand that valuables must be taken out the car prior to sending the vehicle in, but i did not expect a USB to be taken out my car. Empty bottles were left in my car, so why is it that other items are not left in the car. <br> <br> I have expressed my dissatisfaction when i was called about a follow up. No one has bothered to attend to me. <br> <br> The service i have received so far, is not what i expected from a BMW dealership.
