I'm not even going to write a long story, because it only upsets me. I placed an order with JULZ SHOES on 7th December. It was dispatched from their premises on 8th December. Today is the 12th December and I still have not received my order. Upon requesting where it is, I got told that it's peak season and the courier companies are busy. When trying to phone Aramex as well as ITT, nobody know where my parcel is.....and still waiting. Won't order from you again if you keep on using these courier companies!
DERMASTORE is THE BEST online skincare store in SA!!! I've been ordering from them every month for the past ± 3-4 years and can honestly say that I have only received THE BEST SERVICE in every aspect! It is rare to find such good service in SA nowadays and I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work DERMASTORE and thank you for excellent service!
Dit is my 2de "review" van THE COURIER GUY OUDTSHOORN. As ek geen sterre kon gee nie, dan het ek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soos in my vorige "review" genoem, die bestuurderes, Nadia, verander hulle aflewerings skedule gedurig, soos dit hulle pas. Dit natuurlik alles TEN KOSTE VAN KLIëNTE!!! Maar sy gee nie veel vir kliënte om of glo in kliënte diens nie, want sy het my wel vroeër 'n antwoord gegee van "ons het baie ander kliënte". So 'n antwoord sê baie......... My pakkie is in hulle "hub" al vir VIER WERKSDAE. Ons is slegs 12 km buite Oudtshoorn geleë. Omdat ons "regional" area is, word aflewerings, let wel, nou weer slegs Vrydae gedoen. Was altyd Maandae, Woensdae, Vrydae, toe verander dit na Dinsdae en Donderdae en toe is ek 3 weke terug meegedeel dat dit nou slegs Donderdae is, en vroeër vandag het Nadia my ingelig dat dit nou weer verander is na slegs Vrydae. Genade dame, wat se bestuurstyl pas jy toe deur heeltyd julle skedule te verander en kliënte word so benadeel en as 'n kliënt ontevrede is, dan kry jy 'n antwoord van "ek het baie ander kliënte". So 'n antwoord sê baie van 'n persoon en besigheid...... Ek sal Oudtshoorn se Courier Guy tak, wat eens wel goeie diens gelewer het maar vir die afgelope paar maande dié slegste courier diens in SA lewer, vir geen persoon aanbeveel nie!!!!!!! Dit is nogal baie ironies dat daar nooit skedule veranderings in ons area by enige van die ander courier maatskappye plaasvind nie. Ook baie ironies vir my dat Nadia wat so baie kliënte het heeltyd haar skedules moet verander om koste gewys vir haar dit moontlik te maak maar geensins omgee hoe dit wel baie kliënte benadeel nie!!! Wonder of Nadia al gehoor het van "word of mouth".....
Dit is nou die HOEVEELSTE keer oor jare wat hierdie gebeur!!! Omdat ons 11 km buite Oudtshoorn geleë is, wil THE COURIER GUY op OUDTSHOORN pakkies slegs Dinsdae en Donderdae by my aflewer. Tot die bestuurderes het my dit al meegedeel en selfs een keer vir 'n maatskappy meegedeel dat ons 57 km buite die dorp geleë is - dit was die verskoning toe die pakkie nie betyds afgelewer was nie. Let wel, ons is 11 km buite Oudtshoorn geleë..... Nou is daar 'n pakkie van my wat vanaf Maandagoggend reeds by hulle en dit moet mos nou vandag, wat Dinsdag is, by my afgelewer word?! Hulle het so pas die vers****** van daardie pakkie meegedeel dat hulle eers Woensdag my pakkie sal kan aflewer sowel as 'n ander pakkie wat hulle by my moet optel, ook eers Woensdag sal kan optel. Die optel van die pakkie is reeds Vrydag oggend geboek. En daar word geen rede gegee nie! Dit is darem BAIE, BAIE SLEGTE DIENSLEWERING en blykbaar maak hulle hulle reëls soos dit hulle pas. Sjoe mense, somtyds wag kliënte dringend vir pakkies en wanneer 'n pakkie reeds vir 2 dae by julle lê, doen asb. julle werk reg en hou by julle eie reëls!!!!
EEN STER IS TE VEEL...... DWAYNE FERREIRA & MARC BADENHORST het dié slordigste werk en mees onprofessioneelste diens ooit gelewer!!! Hulle is SOLAR installeerders. Om alles te moet opnoem, sal bladsye lank wees. Dus kortliks - , Dwayne Ferreira het GROOT MOND vir ons allerande beloftes gemaak waarvan NIKS gerealiseer het nie. MARC BADENHORST het parte (afkomstig van Solar MD) van ons gesteel. Indien iemand hulle gehalte werk wil sien, ****ak my gerus - ons het klomp foto's en bewyse van alles. Ek sal hierdie mense nooit vir enigiemand aanbeveel nie!!!!!!!!!!!!
I put in a claim on Monday. It is Thursday afternoon. Everyday since, I've been struggling several times to get hold of them, got even told this morning by an agent that their system is down and that she'd phone me within 10/15 minutes, and still waiting. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by their poor service delivery!! Still waiting for my claim to get paid out and all relevant documents were submitted.
I have had bad service from The Courier Guy in Oudtshoorn before but in the last two weeks, this has blown my mind..... I've arranged for a document to be collected in Johannesburg. The lady from their kiosk in Oudtshoorn, phoned me and asked me whether I want this OVERNIGHT or not. PLEASE NOTE THE OVERNIGHT....... I told her that OVERNIGHT would be nice and then she advised me that although they offer the service of OVERNIGHT, it will take 2-3 business days, as we are an outlying area. Now I would love to know how can you offer a service and the client pay for it, but you can not deliver the service?! Then this is false advertising, because OVERNIGHT means exactly what it says - overnight delivery. If you can not deliver, don't offer the service..... Secondly I've been tracking a parcel which was sent from Wellington on Monday, 11th Dcember. This parcel arrived at their George branch on Tuesday, 12th December. Upon requesting at Oudtshoorn's kiosk on Wednesday where my parcel was, I got told it's still at their George branch. Now it's supposed to be delivered today as they only deliver by us on Tuesdays and Thursday, and still I have not received my parcel and the stranged thing has happened now - the tracking of my parcel was changed and shows that it was only at their George branch for one day. The tracking has definitely been changed by someone - maybe so that they have again an excuse as to why my parcel has not been delivered today.
I've rated the NADINE HANDBAG on their website which I bought in August online. I have never given items that I bought from Poetry a 1 star rating because they have very good quality products, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of this handbag, thus gave it a 1 star rating for several reasons. Interesting though, Poetry have not published my rating that I did earlier this week! Is it because I gave it a 1 star and want other prospective buyers to see my reasons for giving it a 1 star, or not? I even send them an e-mail yesterday, requesting them why my rating was not published, but have had no response yet. Really disappointed in them now.....
PATHETIC SERVICE!!! After discovering that our beanie is not working, I first tried to contact these people to send a technician to fix our two devices. After a week nobody contacted me so we decided to cancel our contract with immediate effect as we have had problems with them in the past. I have phoned them several times, twice the calls were answered and I was told someone will phone me back. All the other times, the phone rang and nobody answered. Eventually I started sending emails to them requesting cancellation. Almost three months have past, 7 emails was sent and still NO RESPONSE!!! We've cancelled our debit order and now the have send me several SMS'e threatening me to give my name to credit bureau's for non payment. I do not have words for such pathetic service and would NOT recommend this company!!!
