I use parking managed by karabo parking at the atrium overport mall. My car was badly damaged in the staff parking and they are refusing to give me video footage of cars for that day. No one from their head office has responded to my email or even acknowledged it. The team located at the mall has not bothered to come back to me with this info. We are paying for a service where one cannot be assisted at all

We are paying for a service where one cannot be assisted at all. The damage on my car is HUGE for them to not assist me in this regard
