Bad Service
At Dobsonville Mall.... I Was so disappointed when one of the staff Pamela just suddenly cut the que to help the 4th person on the que. We all were on the EFT que when I asked her she said ill be assisted but long after that customer. Then she went on to discuss me with that customer. The other Lady Andiswa the staff assisted me and apologies on her behalf. I would like for staff to be fully trained on customer service and know even under pressure the customer shouldn't be favoured over the other

Team Engen TshepoThemba
What a good service I always receive at Engen garage at Tshepo Themba. Their toilets are clean the store on it’s on beautiful reception and above all the staff at the filling stations so much energy and fun I’m so happy to come to such an atmosphere full of energy and positivity big ups to the team. They have beautiful energy please let the staff know we need more people like them.

I would like to thank Build it Batavia especially the lady who was helping me with service Sissa what a gem. She helped me with so much making sure I save and take advantage on specials. She would call me and make sure I know when the delivery is out at their store. Thank you so much Sissa you are a beyonder of service.
