I have received an exceptional, diplomatic and a presidential service, prices are reasonable and the staff members are neat, clean and understand the value and quality it should be offered to clients.
I reserved a car on 27 Dec 22 and made payment for a trip of 31 Dec 22, the approval email was sent to me with details of the car and the pickup location, when I called on 30 Dec at about 14h00 to confirm the location I was sadly told that the car I booked is not in good condition, they tried to reserve another car for me but failed to do so, I was left stranded with no means of transport, I asked for a refund and was told it take 2 to 7 days but today if the 8th day nothing has been paid to my account.
I have always thought the country has glazed racism and gender equality, this is until i visited Engen Graig Joss Motors to fill up my car. How can a normal business owner allow ONLY 1 male forecourt staff and 1 female cashier who risk her life to working as cashier/forecourt attendant to work over night? this is pathetic and savage, is this the true reflection of "WITH US YOU ARE NUMBER ONE" slogan? let us not allow wealth and greed blind our humanity, perhaps its time for this garage to be given to young blood and thirsty for success person, someone who will also understand that it was not our choice to be black, we are also GOD creatures.
