HI All Had my call from Davie today ,he is very rude as I discovered a lot of people have the same experience ,FSI Pretoria is a **** and the information I have is that they closed down two years ago ,The number he is using 0874742193 introduced himself as Davie please be aware of this ****

Fossil watch the worst warranty and service
DO NOT BUY ANY FOSSIL WATCHES I dont think that any person should even consider buying a fossil watch for their loved ones this year or ever ,it is the worst watch i have ever bought in my life ,I bought the watch for my wife 2021 /06/28 in the first month we noticed its loosing time ,took it back to American Swiss 2 months later got it back a week later the same problem,long story short this has been going on for the past 12 months and now they want me to pay for a repair they could not fix in over a year THAT IT HAS SPENT MORE TIME WITH THEM FOR REPAIRS than on my wife arm I will not except that ,the least a international brand should do is refund a watch if it does not work i did not buy the watch to keep their repair department in work
