Stay away from this shady/unethical business practice
Stay away from this shady/unethical business practice. Complete ripoff on materials and billable time. The team arrived have don't required parts, so they drive around Joburg to source items (taking their sweet time), claim they were "only" away for 30mins, while everyone sits and waits. When asked for a breakdown of material cost, I was completely ignored, all they know is to send you invoice. Zero management intervention or customer care. Pathetic!

Peyton TV Stand and coffee table
Bought a Peyton TV stand and coffee table, while the coffee table leg fitment was not an issue, can't say the same for the TV stand (misaligned drilled holes, legs a bit wider than the slot it fits into), the fit and finish are not to IKEA standard and yet it cost more? expected better quality from a TV stand that cost R10000.00. FYI the boxes states made in Vietnam, so is not even supporting local business.
