By the far the worst service experienced. You can never get an explanation as to why delivery never occurred. To date, package not received. Pargo uses an independent courier company and clearly there's little to none, communication between the two parties. Even if the service is offered for free, I will advise against it.
Exceptional service as always. Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Millicent. She was well equipped to deal with my query and extremely polite with a bubbly personality. Oneplan, with Consultants such as Millicent Malandule, you'll can rest assured that customers will never go uninformed or unhappy after a call. Excellent work. @Millicent, In my opinion, I think you would do exceptionally well as a customer relations trainer.
Order placed on the 4th. Up until now, communication has been pathetic to say the least. They have a contact number that is no longer available. I assume that this was disconnected by Snatcher due to an influx of disgruntled customers. They advertise items that they themselves don't even know availability from their suppliers or turnaround time as to when they will be supp**** with items to satisfy their customers who have already PAID. I have requested a call from management, communication is now non existent. I have requested a cancelation of my order on their site and surprise, surprise...... no response. I'm beginning to think that I have been ****med. Sad to say their is no other way of contacting them other than emailing. I suggest people read the reviews before ordering from them. I don't understand how service providers who are reputable, mobicred...... etc, can be affiliated with them. The name Snatcher is so fitting, in my opinion.
I was recently referred to Dr. NS Ghila for gastro issues. On entering his room at umhlanga, highly nervous and anxious to say the least, we were greated by an extremely friendly and professional receptionist. This immediately relieved some of my worry. After reading some of the reviews, what we expected and what was experienced was extremely contrary. We were met by a professional who made us feel comfortable by adding in humor yet never strayed from the matter at hand. After a lengthy discussion regarding what I was experiencing we then stepped into the examination room. I have a phobia of blood pressure machines which has an adverse effect on my BP but due to Dr. Ghila's comforting and jovial, yet professional demeanor I didn't have any hesitation in checking my BP. After a lengthy examination, we discussed the way forward. If all Doctors could adopt this approach with their patients, it makes the road to recovery much more easier. We as patients often enter a consulting room with anxiety and fear being at what we believe at its peak but sad to say we exit feeling far worse. But in this case we felt a huge sense of relief. Doctors need to understand that they are there to help relieve a patient even if the result is not good but in most cases just make you feel worse. In this case, Dr Ghila went over and above to ensure that his patient was comfortable from the start of the consult and left with a sense of relief and a smile. I highly recommend this wonderful human being as a specialist physician, one that connects with you on a professional yet friendly level.
