I was late for my flight ,extreme weather as we all in South Africa are aware about , when I got there eventually the tried to assist to look for another time , but no flights Next thing was to cancel party waiting in George and other parties I was told I could cancel and rebook online when I tried I could not as it said cannot change or cancel at this stage flagged in red block on screen I phone saf air and the spoke to Kevin and he advise that is more then an hour I explained but no help sorry lost the money This is so unfair all I want is to rebook for another day and if I need to pay in extra not a problem

worst service ever do not buy a phone there
bought a cell phone for one of my workers , at PEP store church street bronkhorstspruit , the phone was faulty took it , and said we have to wait 4-6 weeks , got the phone back and still have the same problem and now they want to sent it back again , this is unacceptable and they dont want to replace the phone

this is the worst online store ever , i have read all the complaints already posted form this site , how is it that its still allowed to sell products? cant hello peter report this site , can we all stand together r and get this online shop to stop trading if any one else can please make contact with me so we can get this consumer to stop

false advertising
bought online product stated buy 1 get one free , product arrived received only one , abs the all of a sudden system error , the advise me that once you add to cart it will state you need to add another one , witch is not true , i added to cart whent traight throught to payment worse service ever

bad serivice
booked online and offcousre you have to pay immediatly for my daughters 21 b day , for the 3 of feb , and now the day before i get an email its cancelled i arranged transport and accomodation as this is very far form where we live i phoned as the made a reschedule error s aswell , told them i wnat a refund a s a p as i need to book soemthing else , aksed for banking details and now the are not answering there phone or there email , so have not even been there and had the worst experience so far
