Shoes ordered
This is the worst Company to do business with and they should be closed down. I a not willing to take up their discount offer (I would rather lose my money than deal with this pathetic bunch!) The quality is poor and cheap and doesn't look anything like the pictures. Please take my advice and avoid this Company, you are going to be extremely disappointed!

worst online store ever
this is the worst online store ever , i have read all the complaints already posted form this site , how is it that its still allowed to sell products? cant hello peter report this site , can we all stand together r and get this online shop to stop trading if any one else can please make contact with me so we can get this consumer to stop

capetown-stylist.com Orthopedic Walking Shoes for Men advertised on Facebook
I ordered on-line and paid for an Orthopedic Walking Shoes for Men, size 10 shoes that was delivered. They delivered a size size 41 that is equivalent to a size 8. I have attempted to contact them via email so that the necessary arrangement may be made to exchange them for the size I ordered. Email requests have gone unanswered. Are they for real?

First time buying shoes online. Never again. Falsely advertised and very poor quality. When you want your money back, they offer discounts on other items, a 30% refund or returning the item to China at your own expense within 14 days. Lesson learned.

I was fooled into buying shoes I thought were reasonably priced. The advert looked legit on Instagram. The website also looked legit. When the shoes arrived after months of following up, they were nothing like what I paid for. Cheap quality and cheap workmanship. I was told I can only return the shoes to China where they were made - policy and t&c. Obviously that is not an option considering the process and the cost.

I totally agree with the customer complaining about the Capetown stylist group. They do not reply. They send an incorrect order, then they expect you to pay for shipping it back to China!! Then, China gives no address, no reference at all!! Do NOT order from them!!! You will be dissapointed and they give no number or address in South Africa. The websit pretends the goods are within South Africa!!
