Mattress and Couch Centurion Lifestyle 7 WEEK DELAY!
Bought a couch set at Mattress and Couch Centurion Lifestyle Centre. I paid on 30 July. Veloshni did the sale. Promise was for 8 weeks for delivery. After I made payment I was told the Warehouse all of a sudden doesn't have our fabric in stock and the delivery date will be pushed to Mid Oct. I accepted. 16 September I followed up with Veloshni to confirm mid Oct delivery, she confirmed that Mid Oct we will have our couches. 21 Oct I had to follow up again with Veloshni about our couches, as Mid Oct has come and gone. 22 Oct she tells me now the date has been moved up to 6 - 10 November. Well today is 10 November and it is 16:19PM. Still no couches. Followed up again from my side with Veloshni. What pathetic *********** service from Mattress and Couch. 6 Week delay and still no couches. I am the one having to follow up the whole time, no communication from their side. They say delivery will be this Saturday 15 November. The proof is in the pudding. Let's hope we eventually get the delivery this Saturday.

Thieves! Takes money without paying it back!! Disgusting!
Disgusting. Don’t ever use this pathetic company to book rental cars. Took the money off my credit card, they then cancelled the booking and is not reversing the money back into my account. Thieves. They keep telling me that the money will reverse by itself and it’s not it’s been a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE VENDOR!!!!
