I had a bad experience with Koo.... Firstly I bought the canned beans which by the way they are way too expensive....on opening the can there were only three measly beans inside....I'm not joking...I have pics to prove it....and it was topped up with alot of sauce...that was not the worst...the worst was the service...I laid a complaint...was told to watsapp pic and reference number....I did so.... message was read but no reply...I phone them to state so....they told me to wait for response... being more than a month....they don't care about customer care... nobody called
Chicken always fresh, delicious and economical.....my family and I always enjoy a Pedro's meal.....I have never had an issue with them...we normally order from the Pedro's chicken at O'Flaherty road. The menu is also varied so alot of choices....I would highly recommend it
Cell C promised to contact me on this platform but never did...Do not trust Cell C..they are holding me hostage...After my contract was completed, i was advised to take out a monthly contract of just R99 a month....i only agreed as my son was away from home and i wanted it for him......i was told i could cancel at anytime....I asked many times in that coNversation which was recorded, and was confirmed I could cancel at anytime..... A year later i tried to cancel with immediate effect and was told I could not as it was moved to a monthly contract. this was done without my approval, no sms, no email, calls, nothing!!!! And further more i was told if i wanted to cancel I would have to pay over R700 or just let the contract come to and end...which would be like in 6 months time......I am now avoiding putting money in my account as they take out every month , now more than R99 per month,, amounts vary from R105 to over R400.... I asked them to listen to the recordings and it was agreed that I did ask many times about cancelling anytime and been unaware of a yearly contract. I want the recordings from Cell C and proof of a yearly contract...I will be reporting them to the Police station and getting legal representative. All my other accounts are falling in arrears as i am now avoiding putting moneys in that bank account, my life insurance is in arrears, and other debit orders are falling back..... Im so upset with Cell C...i want them to stop debiting my account and refund me all they have taken from me and compensate for all my stress as my other accounts are on verge of lapsing...... Please contact me and make this right as i am very stressed and out of pocket
Cell C as well as other providers are manipulative....i was sold a month to month contract....very nicely painted and was told that I could cancel at anytime....when I tried cancelling I was told that terms and conditions were updated and contract was no longer month to month but now yearly and I had to pay an amount to cancel this contract....what annoys me is that I did not give consent to have my contract moved to yearly...I was not consulted...they just took it upon themselves and now expect me to continue paying or pay a fee to cancel.....how many other customers are being hoodwinked....false marketing
