These guys are biggest ****mers. They took my car for maintenance and it was under maintenances plan..now they tell me stories and want me to pay R15.000 on a clutch
I am so disappointed at Sanlam..I found out this week that I they registered a policy for my brother who passed away in 2018..They have been deducting the premiums and I thought it was for another policy since 2018 I went to enquire they said they will sort it out I must send an affidavit and his death certificate only to find out that they later deleted the policy as if it lapsed without refunding me or anything ...How do I get help
