Never recommend Solidhope for a WiFi service. Their service is extremely bad and there is no customer service. Their technicians don't respond to customers complaints. I reported my offline since Friday 22.08.2025 and was told there's power outage at the area where their main highsite is located and asked which area is that, they failed to answer. I have offline for 3days they even stopped to respond me. Their offices were in pta CBD but they have moved and still using the same old address and they are very quick to send the invoice but too slow to attend to customers complaints.
AVAF ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE SUCKS My Vehicle is financed by Absa and I lost my job 4 months ago, I contacted them and they SD I do not have insurance that covers job loss. I continued paying, after 2 months they requested me to provide them with proof of my insurance and if notythey will automatically include their own insurance in my account, I did that and they told me they want comprehensive cover my insurance doesn't have one, tried to explain to them that is what I can afford bcs I am unemployed and they told me stories that it is compulsory to have comprehensive. I negotiated with my insurance and upgraded my cover and only to find out that they already added their own insurance which they were insisting that I should take it. I made a payment of R10 000 to be upfront with payments and one of their staff contacted me re-instate debit order in my account I told him that I make cash payment as I am currently unemployed, only to find he re-avtivated the debit order on my uif funds.in order for him to reach his target and i want Absa to listen to that call as they indicate that their calls are recorded, i need my money to feed my children that is my uif money and the debit order of the insurance that they activated without my consent and not even a contract was sent to me. Never get finance with Absa in future.
Cash Disputes INC:100932744 06/12, INC:100813083 08/12, INC: 101078421 13/12 surprise legodi <surprise.legodi@gmail.com> Wed, Dec 14, 11:44 AM (5 days ago) to cameronmay, ClientCareCentre I am very very disappointed and frustrated by Capitec Bank I deposited amount of R2,700.00 on 06/12/2022 around 8:15 am and the machine did not give me the receipt and even my money today it is still not in my account which was immediately reported after the incident, I went back to the same branch on 08/12/2022 and they called call centre we were told that someone by name of (Lungile Ngubane) tried to call me and I was on v/mail and that person already knocked off , till yesterday again I went back which is 7days now this has not been resolved: 1. It is not even my mistake but your machine that did this 2. No one did a follow up, since they claimed that I was called and could not get hold of me so it was left like that 3. I am the one who is currently compromised at the moment, I cannot access my own money 4. Very very poor customer service 5. I need this be resolved by close of business today before I escalate this further to other social media platforms
