-Very poor communication (except to ask for money) -No directions to house (10A Makana) or a message to explain the house is a partial construction site or any information whatsoever -Quick response to complaints while we were there, but no support when we requested a partial refund for a home that is not worth the premium nightly rate it is charging -Took 2 weeks to forward me the owner's response to my requests. -Really unprofessional and unsupportive of guest, especially considering we have been Gobundu customers for 15 years and have referred numerous friends to them. Very disappointing
I visited the Hilton IV Bar recently and was incredibly impressed at how friendly and lovely the ladies are. There is a registered nurse who administers the drip and she explains every vitamin that she puts into the drip. There was a misunderstanding with regards to the price and the owner, Candice, was extremely professional about how she handled the whole thing. She phoned me immediately and listened to my point and even refunded me a portion of the amount. I wish more business owners were as customer focussed and service aware as Candice was. Thank you ladies at the Hilton IV Bar.
